We will then establish who is currently available and send you a shortlist compromising  of a maximum of three individuals for consideration by you.

We then seek out the most suitable candidate for each interim management position from our close network of experienced interim managers and our extensive database. Once we have established who is currently available, we shortlist and send you details of a maximum of three people.

We will reference check all individuals and manage the contractual process between all parties.

Throughout the engagement we keep in regular contact with both you and the interim to ensure your project is on track, ensure any potential issues are surfaced and addressed on your behalf and that you are getting a full return on your investment.
